Design is also a skill intensive task involving a lot of planning and on desk works. Designing work will be initiated only after client's commitment through a payment of half the estimate for the design work.

RECORD & ACCOUNT KEEPING:

We follow a strict record keeping of all meetings, discussions, and client's commitments at various stages. Clients are informed at various stages and a digital record is shared with the client. If desired, client can keep screenshots on their own. As design and construction project sometimes takes long time, it is very necessary to refer back to the records for decision making at various stages. Strict adherence to decision making is required to get the desired result in design and construction project. No major deviation is recommended from finalised plan of work. In case of minor deviations and also in case of major deviation (if at all required), the estimated project cost will also be affected thereby requiring a revision in the estimate procedure.

DISPUTE:

For any dispute whatsoever, jurisdiction will be at Imphal, Manipur.
